Your Design Guidebook
If you’re a do-it-yourselfer, this is for you! After a few years and many, many properties, we’ve gained a lot of experience on how to create beautiful and trendy spaces. We’d like to share some of that knowledge with you in the form of a step-by-step guidebook, aligned with particular Interior Design styles, so that you can apply it wherever you’d like and as many times as you’d like.
These guidebooks are created by our design professionals, with very simple steps so literally anyone of any background can apply them. Our idea is that you don’t need to be an Interior Designer or hire an Interior Designer to have beautiful spaces, and this is our way of helping you achieve it!
Design Project
If you’re looking for a more professional approach, but don’t want to break the bank, this option is for you!
Someone from our team of carefully selected, professional Interior Designers will schedule a call with you to get all the info on your wants and needs. Based on what you answer we will create a tailor-made project that will include a floor plan arrangement, selected color palette, materials selection, mood board, examples of furniture and renderings of what your space will look like with the new proposed design.

Commercial Project
Residential is not all we can do, we have years of experience creating commercial projects. From coffee shops, to building lobbies and entire building concepts; we’ve done it all.
If you need someone to design any commercial space or entire project from scratch, we can take it off your hands. Leave it all up to us, and you’ll receive a detailed presentation with the concept, look and feel to match, materials and interior design proposal, spacing proposal, furniture type proposal and renderings of the approved final concept.

A few details:
Prices are based on the amount of spaces you want us to design, we have different packages to accommodate your needs.
You will get 3 moodboard options in total, if for some reason you don’t like the first one, no worries we can work on two additional designs until you’re happy with it.
After the moodboard is approved our team will begin working on the renderings, you will get several views of the space so you can fully appreciate the design, 3 renderings in total per space.
There is an additional cost for rendering each additional space you’d like to add, as well as an additional cost for any additional renderings or views after the 3 included.

A few details:
Prices are calculated based on the size and type of project. You will receive a personalized quote after a consultation with one of our design professionals, they will ask for certain information about the project in order to do so.
You will get 3 concept options in total, after the 3rd change there will be an extra charge.
Anything not considered in the initial quote will be quoted separately and added on to the original price.
